PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill booking requests for any classes or services you sign up to through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with confirmations) and communicate with you in direct relation to that.
If during booking you have checked the box to allow communication from us we may contact you via email with news and updates on our services. You can opt-out of these communications at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ link, or by emailing email@example.com.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Personal Information you provide will never be shared with any Third-Parties for marketing purposes. It will only be used to fulfil the bookings you have made, including for necessary and legitimate communication about said bookings, and to occasionally send you information about other AW² Wellness services if you have indicated that you wish to receive this.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
When you register through the Site, we will maintain your Registration Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or you are no longer a client.
Use of this Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. All bookings must be made by an adult.
