Feeling stiff, tense and uncomfortable? A little stressed? Looking to improve your overall core strength?
This class does all that and more! We rarely make time to focus on stretching out our muscles and often associate effective exercise with lifting heavy weights or jumping around sweating profusely. This class aims to improve core strength, stretch out the whole body, improve stability, flexibility, performance and overall comfort.
