AW² Wellness is a dream derived from the strong belief that everyone should have access to friendly, personalised, affordable fitness and nutritional plans regardless of goal or circumstance.

I spent years struggling with being massively overweight, battled through an eating disorder and experienced confidence and anxiety issues. How did I overcome it all? Quite simply, I hired a PT. I learned more about my body, that I could eat everything in moderation and not worry I was going to pile on the pounds. This not only taught me  how to get stronger, slimmer and more toned, but also how to feel great about myself when I look in the mirror and love who I am.

PT can often be too expensive, inflexible or simply be something you feel uncomfortable taking part in if you don’t like exercising in a gym setting. Training with me at my home gym is flexible – the space is well equipped, compact and private. My aim is to provide a tailored service that best suits your personal needs.

I want to make exercise enjoyable for everyone. We’ll chat about what you want to achieve, develop a plan to suit your lifestyle, regularly review your goals and progress. I’m always here to listen to concerns and offer any extra nutritional and exercise advice you need.
